Shipping and Installation Policy

At Ergo Home Group, we aim to provide a seamless turnkey experience, which is why shipping and professional installation are already included in our package pricing. We are pleased to offer nationwide delivery across Cyprus. For items that are readily available in stock, the lead time from payment confirmation to full installation is approximately 8 to 10 working days. For items that are not currently in stock or require specific customization, the standard lead time is 4 to 5 months from the day the initial deposit is received. For international shipping requests outside of Cyprus, please contact us via email for a tailored quotation, as these may be subject to additional customs, duties, and handling fees.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure total satisfaction with your furniture solution. In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery and installation date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Please be aware that many of our pieces feature natural materials or artisan finishes; slight variations in color or texture are natural characteristics of high-end furniture and are not considered defects. To initiate a return, please email us with your order details and reason for return.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange or issue a credit note. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Processing typically takes 8 to 10 working days, and you will receive an email notification once the transaction is finalized. Because our packages are curated and often tailored to specific property layouts, we highly recommend reviewing all dimensions and finishes during the configuration phase to ensure the selection perfectly fits your needs before the 4 to 5-month lead time begins.
