We operate primarily online to keep our process efficient, but we understand the importance of tactile details. We can arrange for material samples to be sent to you or, depending on the project scale, organize a viewing of a recently completed unit.
Since our site updates pricing in real-time as you customize, you’ll have an immediate estimate. However, your online submission is treated as a request for a final, formal quote. We will manually verify stock levels and delivery logistics to provide a firm, all-in price before you commit.
Every item can be tailored or removed as per the client's requirements. However, certain core items, such as sofas, can only be tailored rather than removed entirely. Our interior designers will provide all the necessary guidance along the way.
Once you submit your selection, our team conducts a thorough spatial and technical review. We cross-reference your choices with your floor plans to optimize the layout, verify material continuity, and align the production schedule with your development's completion date. We’ll contact you within 3-4 Working days to confirm the spatial logistics, refine design details, and present your final invoice.
Our packages are scalable. During the review phase, we can cross-reference your selection with your floor plans to ensure the scale and quantity of the furniture are optimized for your specific room dimensions.
We deliver Nationwide. For items that are readily available in stock, delivery and installation typically take approximately 8 to 10 working days. For items that are not in stock or require specific customization, the lead time is approximately 4 to 5 months depending on the project scale.

We accept bank transfers for all orders, with the alternative option to handle transactions directly at our central offices if you prefer to settle in person. To secure stock and confirm your installation date, we typically require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement. A further 40% payment is due before delivery, with the remaining 10% balance settled after the delivery and installation are completed.
All of our furniture comes with a 2-year professional warranty as per EU law, covering manufacturing and structural defects. This ensures your development maintains its high standard long after handover and provides peace of mind regarding the durability and quality of every piece in your collection.
