We typically require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement, followed by a 40% payment before delivery, and the remaining 10% balance after delivery and installation. For items readily available in stock, delivery and installation typically take 8 to 10 working days. For out-of-stock or customized items, the lead time is approximately 4 to 5 months. All furniture is covered by a 2-year professional warranty as per EU law, covering manufacturing and structural defects.

5. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ergo Home Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including technical issues or errors in product listings. These Terms are governed by the relevant provisions of Cyprus law, European law, and applicable international conventions.
